L'Agence Hôte is my buyer's agent practice in Paris: I search for, select and negotiate exceptional apartments on behalf of my buyer clients. Before that, I spent several years supporting owners of high-end Paris properties. I work as an independent real estate consultant within the Evolys network.

The Paris prestige property market does not lend itself to approximation. Every search begins with a detailed understanding of your project: how the property will be used, timing constraints, architectural sensibility and, where relevant, long-term wealth objectives. This framing phase shapes the entire process that follows.
Next comes activating my network, built over the years with notaries, wealth managers and private owners. This step always includes monitoring unpublished properties, which represent a significant share of the finest opportunities on the market.
Finally, each shortlisted property is thoroughly checked before any viewing with you: condition of the building, administrative compliance, absence of disputes. I only ask you to travel for properties that have passed this demanding filter.
