Fees
My fees amount to 3% of the purchase price. They come into play at a single moment: the signing of the final deed. My commitment and the completion of your project are one and the same.
A philosophy
Acquiring an exceptional home in Paris is no ordinary transaction. It calls for time, discernment, and an access that cannot be found online.
I chose to align my fees entirely with the completion of your project. They do not reward hours spent: they reward a result, and the rigour it took to achieve it.

The journey
A first conversation in Paris, to understand your project, the way you live and what you expect. I only take on assignments I can carry out with excellence.
Your brief, the length of our collaboration and my terms are set out with precision.
I explore the market, listed and confidential, view properties beforehand and present only those worthy of your time.
I lead the discussions on your behalf and examine every document before you commit.
My fees are settled at the notary's office, upon signing. It is the only stage at which they come into play.
The service
A complete service, with no additional charges. And a single allegiance, yours: I receive no remuneration from the seller.
Negotiation
Finding the property is only part of my mission. Negotiating it with rigour is another, just as decisive: very often, the difference obtained exceeds my fees.
Three typical acquisitions
Illustrative examples. The outcome of a negotiation depends on each property and its market; it cannot be guaranteed.
